Monster Cookies
Makes a lot - around 10 dozen cookies
Cream
1 pound butter Softened to room temperature
12 eggs
Add:
1 tsp vanilla
1 TB corn syrup
Mix in:
2 pounds brown sugar
4 cups white sugar
8 tsp baking soda
Add:
3 pounds crunchy or creamy peanut butter
Slowly Add and Mix well:
18 Cups quick oatmeal
Now mix in final ingredients:
1 pound chocolate chips
1 pound M & M's
Bake:
350 for 12 to 15 minutes
DO NOT OVER BAKE
They expand while baking as you can see in the picture above, we only put
6 raw dough per pan.
