Butter Pecan Fudge
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light syrup
1/2cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add:
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Mix well until it starts to thicken and pour into 9 x 9 pan. Cool and cut.
