What Saint is this? St. leo? Is this a Leo Alike?

The Image of the picture above , someone said he was a Saint. I have been looking around the internet to see if I can find out WHO he is?
The closest I have found may be Saint Leo.
I was watching a video quite a few months ago and they had this picture in the video....... as soon as I saw the image, my mouth dropped as it looks just like my boy friend. As if  Chuck is a reincarnation of this man from the past. lol....or a relative of this man. 
I had asked the person who did the video, who this was, but they did not answer me. So, I have been in search again, for this answer. 
The closest I have found today was Saint Leo but , it is not quite a match. I was hoping to find this exact picture online with a name but nothing as of yet.
