Southern Fried Pork Chops



Saw this Video and thought I would post it on my blog so I will be able to find it again and try it out. Looks soo good ;) Let me know if you try this also.

Southern Fried Pork Chops 

INGREDIENTS

- salt
- pepper
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Tenderize pork chops.
2. Season chops with salt and pepper.
3. Season flour with salt and pepper and seasonings of choice.
4. Dredge chops in flour.
5. Drench chops in beaten egg.
6. Dredge chops in flour after egg drench.
7. Place in oil over medium to medium high heat 
8. Fry on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes.
9. Serve and Enjoy. ;-)
