Thought I would post a personal update.
I have been checking out different videos that had recipe that did not have meat.
I guess you would call it vegetarian meals.
One Post was on April 29th. so shortly after my post, I suppose the first week in May, we started our new way of eating. We weighed ourselves then and now today. I weighed: 18 pounds lighter and Hubby was 11 pounds lighter ;) :)
The purpose was to loose weight, eat healthier, feel better and to start living from within ourselves.
We also have started taking multi vitamins.
We have both been feeling a lot better.
We have been getting a lot more exercise, which I am hoping continues all year round, as it seems during the winter, we do a lot more sitting around and when spring comes, we find muscles we have not used for Way TOO Long LOL, if you know what I mean. ;)
I have been trying to drink a lot more water, which is ran through our Culligan Osmosis system. I love it!
We have been remodeling our bathroom and starting on the kitchen today ;) I am very excited about this! ;)
I will post pictures when we get done with our project.
As You can tell by my posts, we have been watching a lot of Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, doing meditations, affirmations and working on our energy. It has been very enlightening.
I hope you have been enjoying my posts.
If you have any vegetarian recipe to share with me, I would love to hear from you. We are going to do this for a minimum of 6 months.
